hi guys, I remember reading somewhere that one of the major car rental companies (hertz, enterprise) rents lotus elises out of their boston location. does anyone know if that is true? if someone could let me know it would be much appreciated. cheers, d
Enterprise use to rent them out, but they no longer do it, at least not here in FL. I believe that Lotus leased them the cars for a year, and then they had the option to buy them back if they were in good condition. However, over one third of the cars were damaged. A friend of mine talked to the place that rented them and found out that they were all at their headquaters in FL, and someone on F-Chat posted they were the one that brokered the deal.
