458 Loud rattle in first gear

Hi everyone. My 2014 458 (7k miles, serviced by Ferrari every year, has never been tracked) had a loud rattle noise during the first few feet of driving the car the other day. Seemed like the noise was coming from underneath the car but hard to tell. The car was in first gear so I put it in neutral and the rattle immediately stopped. No transmission warning lights. Driven it a few times since then and I haven’t been able to replicate the rattle. No decline in performance with hard driving. Any ideas on what this could be? Thank you
