"1982 Ferrari 308 GTSi with only 1,250 miles on the odometer"... amazing if accurate.

Very cool, put a few grand in getting it checked out and serviced where needed and you are golden.

shmark and I saw this car at Ferrari of Atlanta in March, after the drawing/contest. I'm not sure if the gentleman from Louisiana brought it there or sold it and someone else was paying for the deferred maintenance on a 1250 mile car. In fact, I'm not even sure what was being done to it. It was certainly a time capsule. The service manager wasn't aware it was a contest car.

I thought I took some pics of it but this is the only one I could find. I know it's worthless but it's the red 308 in the middle of the pic, obscured by the lift and oil catch. Sorry. Maybe shmark took some, but I know he remembers it. Mark???

You should post this for user Dubels - who just bought a 3.2 Mondial for $2000!!!

Some others are posting that he should part the car out or sell it on eBay. My vote is to do just this - put a few grand in it and DRIVE!!!

When I lived in Europe I saw a GTBi that had similar mileage, but it needed more than a few grand to get back to operable condition. It was quite a mess.....
