Has anyone come up with a temporary solution to the Love Bug problem? I do not intend to get a clear bra or a regular bra. I have heard of spraying the front of your car with Pam, or with a silicone spray. I thought about a mesh screen to put on until I get out of Florida. Any better ideas?
Maybe some self adhering plastic wrap (like the 5 year roll from Costco)? I think it is not worth the effort, better to just debug after the drive. BT
Pam non-stick cooking spray. Just wash your car when you get there to get the bugs and the Pam off of the car. For the windshield, put rain-x on there & they will come off easier.
Have you tried griot's bug off? It goes on a little thick but works if you need to make a run somewhere, then hoses off. Jamesw
