Love my 360 hate the headlight fog

I purchased my 360 about a year ago. The car is amazing and is a true head turner. In fact most people just assume it is brand-new. However the only thing about the car that drives me crazy is the headlight fog. I have done extensive reading on many blogs. This is obviously a common problem among most 360 owners yet I am surprised as to the minimal amount of corrective options that seem available. I have heard there are individuals that have mastered the task of taking the headlight apart polishing it from the inside finishing it with clearcoat and resealing it. Does anyone have any solid recommendations of who to trust with such task? Is it better to just leave it be? Thoughts, comments, or recommendations? The car is currently located in SoFL.
