I've been admiring this one for a while, don't know enough about the marque to know whether it's a great example: http://fantasyjunction.com/cars/646-Lancia-Fulvia%20Zagato%201.3S-1.6L%204%20Cyl
I would have LOVED to have one of these when they were new. I did have a used Fulvia Coupe and a Fulvia Sedan, but not a Zagato. The ad doesn't mention how or when the car got into the USA, but there were no USA model Fulvias after 1967, so this one needs proper EPA/DOT releases. I'm assuming it's OK if it's licensed in California. He also doesn't mention if he has the bumpers, and personally, I would insist on having them.
This car is over 25 years old. EPA/DOT papers are not necessary (may be different for Cali)as long as the owner has the title.
My friend Harland has two of them they are fantastic cars. I was just talking to a friend of mine today and thinking of vintage racing one.
Yes this is a big problem. California needs all of these cars back for tax reasons! ALL vintage cars will be recalled. So if you own a ex California car get ready to ship it back.
