Awesome video !! They used to do it like that at all the airshows, until the Ramstein crash in 1986..... Way back when in West Germany, in 1967, I vividly remember (I was a 7 year old kid) standing on the parade ground at my dad's base during a military event, when I saw a pair of natural metal CF-104 Starfighters roar past the reviewing stand with the burners on at least about 50 feet AGL.......the sound and image is still ingrained into my memory to this day.
I had a low flying plane go over my house and my mother didn't believe me when I told her that it flew maybe 10 feet over our rooftop, later when we drove out we saw the plane upside down by the edge of the road further ahead by the airport. It was a double engine all aluminium finished and we are lucky it didn't crash into our house as it was pretty big.
