I just drove the LP640 for the first time, I have to say in one word "wow"!!!!! I have driven quite a few cars, from super light track cars to LTD production supercars. What I drove today really astonished me. It reminded me of what real supercars were meant to be. Imperfect cars that as Jeremy Clarkson said about the Murci Roadster "Grabs the little child in you and shakes him half to death!"

I luved the fact that its intimidating, you sit crooked, the clutch smells if in traffic, its a little uneasy and it makes you smile the entire time you drive or shakes your knees. I bow down...what a car, what a drive, what the hell!!!!

I am addicted, it is a hypercar not a supercar. I am really really impressed. Yes there are cars that can do a lap .25 seconds quicker and ones that have a quicker shift and all that great stuff but really I have not experienced this type of drama behind the wheel for years.

Please if you own one, share some info. I will likely buy one now!

shhhhh, dont tell my Ferrari mates.

    Respect!

Do IT. You won't regret it. You only live once. The final variants of the Murci kick some serious asssssss

Thanks guys, I have a great deal on a 2008 LP640 with almost no miles...owner has several cars, travels a lot and its just been on the trickle charger for 2 years. Its absolutely loaded and stunning.

I am looking for a little whore of a car, a beast, a car that is pure insanity and this is probably the best value offer I have at the moment. My other choices are a Carrera GT, SLR, SLS, GTO (but way above the budget i want to spend)....except for the GTO I have great deals on the cars....but the Lambo is the one that most excites me. Its completely different drive.

I would appreciate some inside tips and some advise. It would be a car I would prob keep as If I buy it, I wouldn't get any fair resale value on it....so its gotta be a keeper.

    Thanks

    MJ

I absolutely adore the Carrera GT, it's almost perfect (and that's coming from someone who doesn't really like Porsche's all that much!). The LP640 definitely has the drama you seem to be looking for. No idea where in Africa you are but you'll struggle more to get parts for the CGT if something would break. As far as I know both cars are pretty bulletproof though. Get a manual, less stuff to go wrong ;).
