    Hey guys. I'm new to the forum, and have recently began exotic car shopping. For a while I was thinking Ferrari F430, but I definitely have narrowed down my choices to either a Lambo LP560, or the Maser GT-S auto... I know, I know! 2 completely different cars. But I'd be happy with either one. If I get the Lambo, I have other cars for daily use. If I buy the Maser; it will be my daily driver.

    My biggest concern, and I think the one that will actually drive my decision is maintenance and related costs. And yes I know how much I will be spending on the car. I can afford the costs, but out of principle do not want to continually shell out for excessive fees and be on a first name basis with my service dept.

    Can anyone share their experiences with maintenance, repairs, and costs, I can expect?

    I had a GT and drove it for more than 5000 miles, well I can say the car engine starts to vibrates when you start the car and the passenger seat vibrates too while u driving if no one is sitting on their. Other than this, the car maintinance was reasonable ... if I had the choise then LP560 :D looks sooo damn sexy.

    Gallardo/560....you cant go wrong and they are very reliable.

    I test drove the LP560 over the weekend. White/black - OMG - what a rocket. Unbelievable. Compared to my 328 - scarey. Do you have one? I am curious if you have more opinions on the car.

    Not a 560...I have owned a 08 Gallardo and it was a great car. I currently own a 07 LP640 and love it...

    Where prices are for a LP560 and Maser GT-S, both will take about a $25-30k hit within the next year to year and a half, imho. If you don't mind that, they are both AMAZING cars. I have driven in the GT-S and the sound is far better than the standard model.
