LP640 Prices?

I've been trying to track the prices of LP640s recently and am having some difficulty; the prices seem all over the board on Ebay, although nothing below $250k. There also seems to be a relative lack of them trading hands - I've seen the same few for sale for awhile now. With how fast the roadsters have fallen, are the LPs more immune to the effects of the economy due to being less of a "toy"? What would be considered a "good deal" on an older LP with higher mileage? A friend is looking to get one to commute in for under $200k or so - I'm trying to talk him into holding off until Feb or so but would like to try to get some realistic data on what prices these are actually trading at.
