I'm contemplating the refurbishment of a long parked Mistral with an injected engine. I'm pretty much a DIY guy but in this case I'd think a pro would be best to go through the Lucas injection pump and ancillary parts. Those of you that have BTDT can you please chime in with references on who is qualified to work on these and perhaps the expected range of expense?
    Thanks in advance

The most well known in the USA is Kinsler Lucas

I've used PowerProps in the past, they did a good job, plus the send back lots of photos and documentation about their work.

In my experience, you would do well to avoid Kinsler's for this application. Lucas FI is not something that they work with regularly. I would avoid them.

I have dealt with Harm in the Netherlands (PowerProps). He is a bit more reasonably priced and is very very knowledgeable on Lucas FI and Lucas fuel pumps. He has switched to a Bosch fuel pump set up that works great.
