    Already done some research and see two repair options.
    Tightening the existing zipper closure (squeezing it a bit) worked temporarily.
    On the other hand,i find lots of "transfer shutters", but they are almost all made of plastic and the reviews are usually mixed or very bad. My question is with which brand of zipper did you permanently solve the problem?

    I have no idea. I deal 100% of the time with known good suppliers who know I don't use garbage. Then I let them do their job.

    Call and ask Brian Keegan at T Rutlands and have him get the same as the last several I bought from him. Nice piece, well made with nice curved zipper of the correct length that didn't look like it was made for a Jeep door or a circus tent like so many use.
