It's official. This has been in the works for more than a year and now it will finally happen. Our friend, David Seibert has confirmed that
Luigi Chinetti, Jr. plans to attend the Ferrari Fall Getaway. He will be our guest on Saturday night for dinner at Ristorante Bergamo. We
have reserved the entire restaurant for that night, so afterwards, we will have a Q&A session with Chinetti, Jr., David Seibert, Buck Fulp,
and John Finger. For registration, please go to our website: www.fca-sc.org. We want to do this as soon as possible so that we can get
an accurate head count for dinner. If you can only make one event this fall, make sure it's this one.

Only weekend we could find without another car event in our area and both
universities have away games. Also, we sat down more than a year ago with
David Seibert, trying to coordinate schedules. Both his and Chinetti's. I will
post a short bio, I don't think some of the "younguns" know who he is. For us
old timers, it will be a treat.

Luigi Chinetti, Jr. designer of the 275 NART spyder, racer and collector. His
father was the first importer of Ferraris in the US. Do a search for
    Coco Chinetti.

David Seibert former editor of The Prancing Horse, contributing editor to
Forza, Cavallino, Ferrari World, etc. Pick up an issue, and he's in it.
He's also responsible for bringing the Ferrari Challenge Series to North
    America.

John Finger of John Finger Racing. He won the Long Beach Grand Prix, and
will be giving us a tour of his raceshop.

Buck Fulp may not be as well known, but he was also a Ferrari race driver,
racing in the 12 Hours of Sebring seven times, winning in 1961 in the
    under 2 liter class.

Just one of these guys could keep us engrossed in conversation for hours.

Maybe as late as 9:30 or 10, need to run the route to see what time we will arrive in Brevard. But....we could go throught Brevard, and on up to the parkway, then back down. We will know soon. Perhaps you are asking so to join us?

I was thinking if some folks want to drive up from Atlanta in the morning, meet you guys and go on the drive then it would be a fun day. Anyone from the Atlanta area interested in meeting up that morning for a little drive?
