    I am speccing my Lusso with a dark gray Canna di Fucile exterior and want to go a red leather interior with CF. I don't want a super bright red but I also don't want a purple red. I have been shown photos of Rosso Ferrari, Bordeaux, and Rosso Maison but I am having a hard time choosing. Maybe I need to see other colors too? Not sure what is available but I'm open to thoughts.

    Bordeau looks quite classy and not too red. Maybe try cuoio, cioccolato, iroko too?

    Any good bordeaux photos? I've searched around and seen many shades of supposedly the same color. I am afraid it's too purple.

    Rosso Ferrari will be way too bright. CdF is almost blue, so it'll look odd.

    I'd go Maison or Bordeaux which ever one is the darkest.

    CDF to me looks an aggressive grey so the interior should tame it rather than enliven it with a strong red. Otherwise the rims and calipers won't keep up.

    Almost blue? There is absolutely no blue in Canna di Fucile!

    Its funny how we perceive the same thing slightly different person to person. I also don't really see any blue in CdF- literally gun metal grey- but maybe there is just a little bit and someone else's eyes are more attuned to it. I would think Bordeaux is a great choice. You might want to have a look at the semi-aniline leather choices- they have a Cuoio called "Cuoio Toscano" which looks like Cuoio but with more saturation to the color and the leather has a kind of smokey quality to it. Its interesting. I think Bordeaux is what you want but this might be worth investigating. Also, I think the only way to get CT is via Tailor Made...

    {Edit, I just went and looked at some pictures of CdF, and sure enough, when I look at it on some cars- 348 in particular-, it presents as having a cooler hue to it, and on newer cars like the FF and F12 I've seen in CdF, it presents a little bit warmer... so it could also be dependent on the shape of the car and also the formula they use to make the paint. Over the years their colors don't always stay super consistent... They currently use water based PPG paints. A while ago they used Glasurit, and at some point those paints were probably oil based.. so its hard to see a car like a 348 in some of those links and then compare to an FF. You are comparing between variances in shapes (which affects how light reflects), paint formulation, probably also camera processing, etc... }

    (these are two separate CdF cars)

    Here is an interesting color, it kind of reminds me of Grigio Ingrid but perhaps a just a little bit darker and maybe just a little less color saturation: Grigio Nuvolari. I actually wonder how the GTC4 would look with this color
