Wow. $550 is a huge MSRP. My 2019 MSRP is $470,367 and it’s not missing much (really just engine carbon, Apple CarPlay, passenger display). I wonder what the $80,000 gets you. Obviously, not much in the way of resale value.

At least $30K for the special matte silver paint, full interior and exterior matte carbon as well.

Copy that. I have standard paint, and full exterior/interior carbon except for the splitter and tunnel. It all adds up. I am sure base MSRP on 2019 and 2020 has a $10-15,000 delta too. Expensive cars for sure. Good thing I love mine and intend the average out its cost over a 30 year ownership window.

Yeah this is where I am headed, I have a V12 Lusso and 812, recently added the Urus (put an aftermarket exhaust on it - bad idea ruined the car, taking it off tomorrow). My kids only want to go in the Urus or Portofino and my older one wants to take the 812 - Lusso gets no love sadly and I feel TERRIBLE driving it in the winter during the bad weather etc.

What do you mean by the Lusso gets no love? From the kids? Does it matter? Who pays the bills and drives the cars? Not sure what to think. Sure it is nice to share the enjoyment of the cars with the fam, but when the kids start sulking because they don't like the Ferrari in the garage something is off. Maybe I'm reading this whole thing completely wrong, but it has spoilt brats written all over it.

As always if the kids don't like the means of transport offered in the household, there's walking, running, riding a bike or the bus

Tough love, I like it... yes my kids are very spoiled but like all humans they have preferences and so do I. Its kind of what happens when you have had 1 FF and 4 Lussos (yes this is my 4th). My wife and the kids would rather go in something else thats not the same 2+2 that they have been for the last 6+ years. To add to that I can't tell you what a pain in the a$$ it is to constantly move the seat back and forth for the rear person to get in.

Dang Joe, an FF and 4 Lussos, I would be certain that you were on the VS edition list by now! Did they offer you a Monza?
