Luxury Asset Trader - anyone use it?

I don't know if you've seen this website or not called Luxury Asset Trader.
Kind of an interesting idea, you post something that is a luxury item you'd like to trade for something else.
Sections are for cars, boats, planes, RVs, and real estate.

The belief is that people with high-end things often sell them to trade up (or down) for similar high-end things. So, rather than going through the "holding cash" stage, wouldn't it be great to find someone who would do a trade instead. Of course, some of the ads I looked at said they were willing to trade for a few specific things or cash.

I have no connection to website, site owner, or any ads on it (yet).
Thought it was an interesting concept.
