so i see luxury motors has finally started selling cars on ebay. i used the "ask the seller a question" three days ago with no response. a few months ago i was on their websight and they had a instant messenger opportunity to chat with a representative. i asked a question and the response was to "call us"

i brought this up on f-chat and was immediately PM'ed by someone at bentley gold coast, asking why i was criticizing their websight. i really want to think that bentley gold coast and now saleen of chicago is a reputable dealership to consider for a hi-line automobile (specifically ferrari) but i don't understand why they don't just answer the questions asked.

i know they look at F-chat, as a PM from them confirmed. but yet they wont post publically on this (or any other) chat room. guys from other hi-line dealers from chicago to miami read and post here. but nothing from them.

too bad, because they could go a long way to clairify the questions about their dealership if they would use this format to address some of the issues that have been brought up here for bentley gold coast and/or luxury motors.

makes me think they are shady. i was in the dealership on Rush and the salesman didn't have much product knowledge at all. not impressive, nice place, they just need guys that didn't used to sell vettes.

hahahaha... poor guys. Give them a break, they're just trying to steal an honest buck like everyone else ;)

They need a lot of money to pay for the 2 bottles of hair gel each of them appears to use each morning.

  6. They are a terrible dealer, that's why... Look at their reputation on just about every hi-end automotive forum. There are at least 2-3 people on every hi-end automotive forum that have been ripped off by them.

I was looking at a car they had and went back and forth with the sales guy for weeks. I didn't get the car because he was asking to much. If he had met my price, I would have bought it.

Though, if you email someone and their response is to call them so there is no paper trail then I'd tread very carefully. They should be able to put anything they say on the phone in writing.
