    So my Father recently purchased a used 99' 355 f-1 spider in Las Vegas and is having it shipped to his other house in Ohio. Does anyone know if there will be a luxury tax imposed when he registers it there? Or would this have already been added in when he bought it in Nevada? It seems to me since it is a Fedral Tax it should have been if it was necessary, anyone care to enlighten a tax idiot?

    The luxury tax has been done away with. It's not imposed at all anymore regardless of new or used :)
