    Did BMW ever make a touring version of the M3?? if they did and any of you guys have a photo that you can post i would really appreciate it.

    Hi mate,

    To my knowledge, they've never produced an M3 Tourer.

    They did the M5 tourer in LHD only in the E34 (the one that came out on F plates) but I dont think they've ever done the M3 Tourer. The closest you could get would be an Alpina/Hartge version.

    I'm sure you'll get plenty of M3 kitted tourers, but officially, I think the answer is no.

    I saw a Candian plate, kilometer speedo e36 M3 touring. If it was not factory, somebody spent a ton of $ recreating it (i.e. it had the proper M marks above the traction control light on the steering wheel, correct seats/leather/stitching, correct steering wheel, correct body kit, wheels, etc.). I have never read about official production, though.
