It should be awsome, but that back and that convertable that looks like a Ferrari (back window). I don't know.....gotta see it in person.
Aesthetically, not that different than the regular 6-series. Usually the M's look a lot more agressive.
I'm sure that the back wheel wells will be flaired and it will have the M3 vents on the side, and larger exhaust for that V10 500HP. probably bulge in hood. Maybe it will be nice, but that BACK. Chris Bangle should be fired!! Looks like a Chrysler Cirrus
Oh - I thought we were looking at a car in final testing (ie, near complete, visually and mechanically). Seems like you're suggesting there is still a ways to go, at least aesthetically. Is that true?
When I brought my BMW in for service, the salesman told me that he heard that the "add ons" will be similiar to the M3 or the M5 (last years) which would essentially be what I wrote. Should look nice and a great alternative to the 911.
Maybe it's just me. But the back resembles the back of a 911. The lines of it. Front is cool, back needs a little fixing up.
Its funny how people see cars differently. I think the front of the 612 looks like a Porsche. Does anyone else see that? Look at the picture and with your hand cover the windshield and everything toward the back of the car (behind the front wheels). Thats a 911!
I'm not sure what this car's purpose is, but with all the plastic on the body, I'm guessing this mule is a bit far off from what will hit dealers. I bet the sheet metal is 90%, but the plastic bits on the bumper, skirts, etc, will reveal the more agressive look we all seek...
It looks like the plastic is there to maybe protect the sheetmetal, almost every part that could get a rock or something of the sort kicked up into it appears to be protected by plastic. Very Interesting.
That may be part of it, but the plastic doesn't really change the shape or try to change the appearance of the car. Which is why I was a little confused and thought maybe it's their to protect it. Besides why would they try and hide such a small part of the car?
