    What a ****ing tool. He blocks traffic, pees in public, takes forever to get going and then flips the guy who never honked his horn or complained.

    Why would he cover the plates????
    I would post the vid with it clearly visible for the entire World to see.
    SOB should be prosecuted,don't know the law in UK but in US it is illegal to pee in public.
