Hi F-Chat - Wondering what it would take to refin the wheels on our '84 308. It looks like they were done poorly in the past, and if I understand correctly, they need to be handled by someone who has experience working with magnesium. Has anyone had any luck with this? How much should I expect to spend? Any recommendations in the northeast? Thanks!

Try Wheel Collision and ask for Darryl: 610-837-8792. They quoted $150 - $175 per wheel which seems reasonable...Also look at their website and you'll see plenty of Ferrari wheels (and spares) They are in PA, a bit of a drive from Connecticut but I've called other places in the Tri-state area and for experience and cost, Wheel Collision seems to be a good option, however I've not used them yet ...
