I searched and found something similar but looking for a true answer. I unlocked my car with fob, open the hood and turned off main power and within about 1-2seconds the alarm goes off. I tried several combinations and with or without manual key and closing or opening doors and its the same. The other day I was looking around and did my CTEK directly to the battery and then figured I still wanted the main battery off for F1 relay. Then tried one final time and turned off main battery and no alarm. does time matter or any ideas? I want to change my headunit and this is annoying.
