    When a Ferrari is serviced by a dealer does all the service history end up in a single data base in Ferrari or is it only retained at each independent dealer?

    No central Ferrari database for service. Only warranty work and recalls.

    Each shop maintains its own service records.

    It is up to the owner to collect Hx.
