Maintenance Schedule/CPO Question

Can someone share the maintenance schedule of an 812 Superfast? i.e. what needs to be done by what year/miles?

To maintain CPO, does the car have to go through an annual inspection? In other words, if a car had CPO paid for 2 years, does it need to be inspected at the end of year 1?

Does CPO checklist include replacement of expired (more than 5 year old) tires?
