Hill definitely. I have broken one ferrari bearing in the past, scary. Never had problems with Hill.
Hey guys I find some of these comments very strange. Many of you seem paranoid about the longevity of your tensioner bearings. The thing is you've got to use your cars. The more you use them, the better they drive. I've just done a major major on my 348. Its now 22 years and 35,000 mile old and this was the first time the original Ferrari tensioner bearings were changed. Did I need to? NO! They were thoroughly checked and the wear was minimal - they would have gone on and on. However, after all those years and miles I decided discretion was the best route. Ferrari or Hills. I chose Hills. Yes, they are better - but also much cheaper! No Ferrari tax. On your every day car, I'm sure you would dream of changing tensioner bearings. I've never changed one before in nearly a million miles. I drive my most of cars for well over a hundred of thousand miles - the belts get changed, but never the bearings. A Ferrari is only a Fiat - treat your bearings well by exercising your engine regularly and it should serve you well.
