Make Sure you get everything in writing

I recently bought a car from iautohause in Tempe, Arizona. The car only had one set of keys and I was assured that when the rest of them came in, along with the proper books, I would be given them. I've called several times and today was told that there was nothing in writing promising the keys so they couldn't provide them and that they were never promised to me. The owner offered to split the wholesale cost of the new keys with me. I told him that wasn't really fair and said that I'd never buy another car from him. He called back to say that the offer was recinded and he wouldn't do anything about the keys. I called the dealer and found out the retail price of the keys and programming runs about $300.
