348 Make-your-own tester cable and button DIY?

    ... and so it turns out my 348 (Canadian model) doesn't have the button next to the ECUs but only the connector where the tester cable + button should plug in.

    I swear I have looked up and down this forum but maybe I am not using the correct search words. Would anyone be so kind as to point me to the make-your-own tester cable and button DIY tutorial that I have seen referenced in this forum so many times - but couldn't uncover?
