    I have received copy #30 of 99. Two volumes with beautiful leather binding/boards with leather carrying case,CD Rom and autographed by Anselmi in 2006. A lot of info and pictures I have never seen before. Expensive but possibly the best investment I have made. The dealer may still have one more available.
