    For my Mondial t

I lent a template and a welding unit for the weekend. I got some pipes bent and some sheet Stainless Steel rolled. Then this past weekend I welded it all together.

I made my own magnaflow cats, now the exhaust box. My new system weighs 1/3rd of the old one, and I'm going to fit it tomorrow....

So $800 for 2 high flow metallic core cats and a new pot...

That looks fantastic, Marco. I don't have that talent, but in the short time I've owned my car, I've had my exhaust changed around, so I can appreciate your work.

Wish I could weld that well. What kind of machine did you use? Wonderful job.

My internal renovation project is now finished. It included:

    1) I hot glued the loosened interior carpeting - USD 10
    2) put on drilled aluminum pedals from Hill Engineering - USD 150
    3) relined the headlining in black vinyl - USD 70 for materials
    4) unfroze and repaired the sunroof so it works fully - USD 0
    5) reconnollized the beige leather - USD 150 for the dye
    6) designed a new center console out of black anodized aluminium (ping me for the design files) and had it manufactured by http://www.schaeffer-ag.de (who also have a subsid in the US) for USD 190
    7) designed and built a circuit to replace the courtesy light delay dimmer relay which burned out - USD 20
    8) designed and built a speed control circuit for the fan so it all works - USD 30

Here are the pictures of what I would term a very respectable interior renovation for a total of USD 620 and a couple of weeks of work (well, mostly watching paint dry)

That is the best looking homemade muffler system i've ever seen.

You should make those for all 308 and Mondial cars and sell 'em.

    Nice interior too.

Love what you did to the center console.

What a chance, I am having magnaflows put on tom/tues to see what they can/could do: thinking now, what you have is very nice. My deal would be about $3-400 USD

BTW: Any ideas for a reconditioned/re-worked HVAC switch controls/clock etc....those are becoming bummer areas

and post pics please of he pedal area as that's one of my next projects not to mention my center air-screen [I have a cabriolet]
