Making Ringtones for LG Xenon(GR500)?

    I just a a LG Xenon(AT&T), and I don't want to pay $2.50 for a ringtone. How can I create a ringtone in Garageband and get it on my phone? Tried sending a mp3 format song (Via Bluetooth) to the phone and it didn't work.

    Try using Zedge.net

    I've used it before, I just put it on my SD card, and put my mini-SD in my phone and transferred it and it worked. I have an LG Shine, so it should be similar. :D Good luck :)

    First try what Ag said. If that doesn't work, try sending a text message with the mp3 attached to a bogus # (ie: 2222222222).

    It will fail, but allow you to save it to your phone.

    in general, you can make an mp3 ring tone "clip" for any cell phone using nero software. just "cut out" a 15 second clip of any song and save it as a new file. put the file on your phone, just making sure it is located in the proper directory. then simply assign the file to your ring tone. should be that easy!
