Angelo, was the 999 copies changed from 500 to 999?

My number 458 was in a paket with the number 338/500!?

I´m a little bit confus now!

Can you give an info about the status of the copies?

I would love to read this book but can not afford either edition has a paperback been made? If so I can not find one, however I have found through ferrarimarketletter a digital copy for $60 worth it considering I won't have a physical copy? What is the digital copy like? I assume a CD? Whats the packaging like?
