I almost went with them. I'm still thinking about it. I'm convinced cingular just sends out a bill with random numbers on it each month to see if I will pay it. The bill is always wrong. This month I got a credit for almost $400 for some reason.

I have Verizon and I'm very happy with them. They have nice phones and the service is great. Customer service representatives are always very helpful and they will explain every charge if a question surfaces. My bill tends to be a bit high because I can't stick to my plan but that's my fault. I actually used FEWER minutes than I was allowed this month!
I love how it says "It wasn't clear whether the bill was a mistake, or if Yahaya's father's phone line was used illegally after after his death." How the heck do they justify a quarter of a quadrillion in telephone charges since January? BTW you think they have a payment plan for that bill?
I agree with your assesment of VZW...they have ticked me off in the past but to a FAR lesser degree than any of the other carriers. Good coverage in Detroit and a fair bill.
I saw this the other day was wondering WTF. Doing some simple math. Lets assume The bill went from January 1st to April 15th(needless to say it didn't). That would be 104(maybe 105 I don't have access to a calender right now) days. So $218 trillion 104 days $2,096,153,800,000 a day or $87,339,742,000 an hour or $1,455,662,400 a minute Even if it was illegal phone usage, is the phone sex over there worth close to $1.5 billion a minute? Asian girls are good, but THAT good?!
That works out to be about -$4.88 million per minute if that was for 1 month's usage -$525,600 per minute if that was for 1 year's usage -$20,738 per minute for being used every minute for the last 20 years
