I was looking at a 2000/360 Modena online so I called my buddy in the dealer collections department at the bank where I work to see if he could give me a Black Book value on it. Black Book is the real time auction market prices. Y'all might find these values interesting. There were no 360s in the Black Book but there were a few that were listed on the Manheim Auto Auction Market Report. FWIW:
Date Location Price Mileage Condition Trans
    6/13/13 RIVRSIDE $56, 500 53,793 Avg A
    7/23/13 ATLANTA $55,500 42,438 Avg A
    12/11/13PALM BCH$59,250 30,937 Abv Avg A
    3/5/14 NY $38,000 25,790 Below A
    3/14/14 NY $39,000 26,044 Below M
    3/20/14 PA $56,000 25,487 Avg P (don't know what that mean, pedals?)

it's auction, may or may not directly apply to real world consumer pricing, or even Ferrari acceptable condition. But u never know some of them could be gems (most aren't that's why they are in auction), great for resale if you're a dealer.

I kinda wish I had a dealer's license to buy, fix up, flip... drive in between...

Those look like wholesale numbers like when inventory is traded from one dealership to another. No VINS?

I'm 99% sure these 2 are the same car & that below is an ad for it:

2000 Ferrari 360 Modena - Used Coupe Bridgeview IL | Midway Autohaus

Keep in mind it is salvage (flood) title.

I've been in the auto industry for going on 10 years now and believe me when I say VERY rarely do you get a great deal at auction, usually you will either pay close to retail up front or you will pay for it in repairs and reconditioning, which as most of you know can run tens of thousands of dollars on these cars.

40k for a salvage car sounds about right.

A Ferrari at auction is a pig in a poke.

This is mine lol, paid $39k, plus auction fee, plus $1000 to the seller on the side for letting me do PPI before purchase

Edit: fyi, it was purchased through Manheim site OVE.com, so not all these transaction's are auction, most are OVE (dealer to dealer exchange)

Im a dealer and thats what manheim currently says and yes those 3 in the 30s are the same car and you ccan see there is clearly a reason it was priced that way. Although I think fill up got a deal after inspection it would have been a roll of the dice otherwise.
