EAG USA!!!!!!! WARNINT TO ALL OF YOU!. About 6 months ago we signed up to become their distributor for Thailand and paid in full for 5 Conversion Kits. I.e., over 100,000 USD. To this day we still haven’t received any conversion kits and it has been over month since EAG emailed us back about the refund and silent every since and no more response. We are working on a class action lawsuit against this company. If any of you have had similar experiences of being defrauded by this company please DM me.

Might be a good idea to retain a lawyer in the city the operation is in. Fairly inexpensive to have the lawyer send them a letter. Sorry to hear this. I don't think anyone would like to be cheated.

Oooooh! This is gonna be interesting. Hopefully it gets resolved to everyones satisfaction, but seems like we are going to start the debate all over again.

There are people here that are in regular contact with EAG, hopefully the word will get back, get a resolution and we can get back to the regularly scheduled programming.

Same type of problem with EAG and ART and the guys 2years ago. Wouldn't even furnish the kit parts so that Boardwalk Ferrari could do my 599 which they promised would be done by two months after I gave them a deposit in April 2021. PM me if further interested. Said they could do 599s and they could not at the time that they misrepresented their abilities to get my funds.

Update from Thailand. Chris the new CEO from EAG and one of their customers have been very helpful and we received half our money back.
Now we are waiting for a few sets of V8 kits as we agreed on.
We should receive them during Mai if no supply chain issues. I will keep you guys posted.

FYI we have a good team together now who wants to sort thing out with EAG. Please DM me so I can put you together with them.

If I want a VW I'll just get a Golf, it's what they do best.

I have one. It's really quite the best all-rounder. Especially in stage 2 trim. :D

The price sounds about right. Audi parts are generally cheaper than Ferrari, in larger supply at junkyards, bits and pieces are shared with VW, and are also cheaper to reproduce if needed. For example Ferrari pedals are cast aluminum with some complicated shapes while R8 is just a couple of steel bars welded together.

Luckily you can now also convert a 360/F430 for comparable money using our kits for example, less if you DIY or more depending on a shop rate and location if you farm out all the work.

I was quite impressed with a VR32 recently. I was going up a 20 degree mountain road recently in my RSQ8, the poor man's Urus, and that VR32 closed the gap on me and tailed me all the way up the mountain. I was so impressed by it, that I looked into buying one. I'm sure it was tuned, no way it could close a 1/4 mile gap on a 600hp all wheel drive if it didn't have some serious chops. I've been racing in the mountains for 40 years now, I know how to drive those curves and switchbacks better than most anyone. That VR32 was right on my ass but the most impressive part was they closed a 1/4 mile gap on a straight away when I had that 600hp/600 ft. lb of torque floored.

If you're talking about the R32 golf, it also weighs a full ton less than the rsq8. ;) (3500/5500lbs curb)

But yes, likely had at least an ecu tweak if not forced induction.
