    Hi all,

Getting close to pulling trigger on a manual conversion and was curious how others dealt with insurance? How did it affect policy or has anyone bothered to update policy with aftermarket parts and/or modifications?

Reassess the value of the car once the manual has been added and get a policy with an agreed value on it ... if your current or other mainstream insurance will not do that, go with Grundy or Hagerty, both of them will offer that coverage on a "collector" car which is for "pleasure" use -- not used daily for commuting, errands, etc. You will need to demonstrate to them that you have another car to use as a daily driver.
