I'm pretty sure any dealer can pull up the window sticker or specs. My '05 sticker (I bought it new) lists "6 select speed longitudinal gear box with oil pump and oil cooler." Could be paddle cars say the same. However, in the EPA mileage section, it specifies "manual 6 speed transmission with overdrive." The mileage is different for the two models. It could be stickers from different years say different things. Perhaps others can chime in. A few months after my purchase, I received a letter from Montezemolo congratulating me on my choice of a F430 Coupe Cambio Meccanico. That should clinch it!

As I showed in my earlier post in this thread, Ferrari lists the F1 cars as F430 COUPE F1 when it's F1, like it's a completely different model than just F430 COUPE alone, so when the dealer looks up the build sheet or window sticker, you should know right away if it's factory. Unfortunately, the MyFerrari app doesn't say anything about transmission, but you would need to be the car owner to have your car listed in there anyway.

Hi, Dave. I think the window sticker you're talking about is a specific feature from the US cars. In our case, the supposed factory manual F430 comes from the European market (and will remain in Europe).

Window Stickers, aka "Monroney" are a US thing, but they essentially mimic the "build sheet" in a standardized format across manufacturers. Ferrari dealers around the world can print out the "build sheet" by VIN.
