I took my import 360 to Maranello Sales to be moded to UK standards from the US. They changed the headlights, but failed to adjust them properly, and they totally forgot to change the rear lights and mount a rear foglight. I just failed the SVA test and have to go back. I'm giving Joe Macari a shot, they're almost next door.
Has anyone dealt with the rear foglight? There is no button on my car to turn a rear foglight on or off? Does one need to be mounted? There is an empty button on the dashvoard, but I already used it for fitting my radar detector in the US, so I'd rather keep it. Where is the control of the rear foglight on a UK 360? I mean, Maranello Sales are so unprofessional...
    To be followed...

I would honestly recommend you talk to Karl at Verdi's - you may find he may even be able to arrange the SVA for you as well - ie you drop the car to him and it comes back with everything done - correct modifications, MOT test etc etc.

He really isn't that far from you, just go over Kew Bridge, join up with the M4 for about 10 mins and you are there. I have loads of cars over the past 10 years, and dealt with a lot of garages (including a very very good Porsche independent), and can honestly say I have not had better service anywhere than Verdi's. They really go that extra mile for you.

I must say, I've found MSL helpful, diligent and courteous in all aspects of my dealings with them.

I'm sure Joe/Russell could also sort it out for you. They do a lot of import conversions on lambos and Fezzas, so sure they will do a good job for you mate!

If I were confronted daily with people trying to give you deposits for cars that haven't even been announced yet, and a two year wait for most cars, then I think I'd be a little arrogant too!

That said, I've found them very civil on the used side.

There's a very sterile atmosphere there.

Complete contrast to the warmth and friendliness you get at the specialists like KHPC and Verdis
