Fair's fair and I'm all for that but where is our compensation of the kind most recently tabled by Toyota Motors? I, and I'm hoping our Fchat brethren will agree, can collectively recount innumerable instances of "sudden acceleration" in our respective Fcars. Although, locally, roads have been slick of late so no reporting within this new year can I personally offer, I can, nevertheless, recall many adrenalin surging heart thumping reflex quickening wife waking motoring moments I would only describe as severe events of the "sudden acceleration" variety. Can a litigious nation resist filing a class action suit tailored to address this blatant blindness by the Justice Department and our beloved Masters of Maranello.

P.S. Please do not misinterpret my comments as deliberately or thoughtlessly dismissive of the genuine claims of those involved in the TMC settlement.

"Excuse me stewardess, I speak jive."

My translation: Toyota is close to reaching a settlement on the "unintended acceleration" court case. Our Ferraris have certainly been known to be prone to cases of "sudden acceleration", so where's our settlement, man?

Of course, I could be wrong. It's been a long time since I lived in Oakland.

I had no idea my intent or verbiage was unclear. My apologies to all whom struggled to read what I believed so simple. Humor, like beauty, is often in the eye of the beholder.
