    Just a quick note so that Marc sees this on his return home later today.

    I am sure I will have more lucid thoughts later - after topping up last nights 3.5 hours sleep :eek:

    Linda and I would like to tell you what a simply great time we had - as I know all of us did and I am sure they will add their own personal comments.

    As a small token of our appreciation for all your stirling(pun intended ! ) efforts - we asked all the Fchat European Rally III participants to contribute towards a THANK YOU pressie.

    I have the funds and have just got to think of something suitable to post on to Marc - if you have any suggestions guys and gals(and Marc) please let me know.

    Once again cheers/prost/sante(sp?) Marc for an excellent, unforgettable trip.

    Thats very kind Bill, thanks! You were all an absolute pleasure to be with and Mike and I had a fantastic time - really flat that it is all over, but we just got in (left at midday and had a long stop for reasons you will see in the last of our pics). Going to start the piccie thread shortly!

    Some nice shiny new Ferrari tyre valve covers would be nice to replace the two that some bugger had off me. and maybe a nice pic of all of us on the trip? Not necessary at all, really, but if you must then I am more than happy to make suggestions :)

    Have a fab trip. We are off as well next Friday for a fortnight..can't wait..3 days back at work and I am ready for another holiday :)

    Glad you like the pressies - not just any old Maranello's I hasten to add, but the Ferrari shop opposite the factory :)

    Thanks again Marc - looks like Steve wants to make it an annual pilgrimage !!

    I'm up for that if no-one picks up the mantle in Euro-land. Twas a fab trip and there are lots of bits of Scotland we did not get to visit..also the lakes etc.
