    Marchionne is a rare type of CEO - honest, direct, he empowers his managers to make their own decisions, and cares about the long term viability of the businesses he runs. He is definitely my "role model" of how I would like to be a CEO myself.

    Let's hope he can navigate Fiat Group out of the current economic mess.

    I really believe Fiat will merge with TATA. That will allow for both low cost structures and also give access to combine Alfa and Jaguar platforms?

    Just a thought...
