So you all know that since I bought my 360 18 months ago it has always thrown P1154.
On line it relates to check wiring, running lean, possible implosion. You know, the usual.

Anyway I went to a Ferrari clinic 2 weeks ago and they cleared the codes telling me all was well.

It threw the code on the way home...............................again.

So I called the main man at the dealership and he told me to cut the plug off the accelerator sensor and hard wire it. He said they haven't replaced a sensor on a 360 and if I bought it to them that's what they'd do.

So I did it, and so far so good. Took about an hour.
So far, No code................for now. I remain on the fence.

But he told me that the cheap readers (like my $65 one) can display a code but it's not always right.

Worth a try anyway. He is that confident that this will work he said if the light comes on again replace the sensor.

So it could have been corrosion or a loose connection at the plug on the gas pedal accellerometer? Interesting. I might have cut off the old plug and put a new one on..
