    Hey folks,

    Doesn't this weather SUCK! So glad I took my FCar out for a long drive last Sunday. Funny thing was I stopped into an open house at the very end of my drive just for a kick. Now I have the home buying bug.

    Anyone have a real estate agent they would recommend who knows the Southern Marin County market?

    I highly recommend Howard Wynn at Pacific Union.
    He is the best.
    His so well connected that he knows when all the nice properties hit the market well before they do.
    He also used to be an attorney so he is very good about making sure your in all the right contracts.
    He is also very professional and knows this business forward and backward.
