Mark Webber back on top and once again the oddmaker's favorite to win the WDC. http://bit.ly/czhnaM
as clear as it gets to some of these guys here I'd rather be 24 points ahead of my team mate than 24 behind but maths is not a strong point to the RB team
I don't mean that. Webber clearly has the points advantage, but I'm yet to hear/see anything that proves anything other than Vettel is the golden boy, or at the very least, both drivers are treated equally. Of course, what goes on behind closed doors we'll never know.
all we know is that Webber is a #2, he told us when he won that race with Sebrina's chassis and wing .... we'll really know he's the #2 when he shows up on the grid with a pushbike
I thought the aftermath of the front wing saga was that RBR formally confirmed that the points leader is the number 1. Webber has a significant points advantage and as every weekend passes there are fewer points up for grabs.
Red Bull would have to be suicidal not to have MW as #1 at this time. Personally I would wonder the reaction if they took each other out once again allowing Hami another WDC by a point. Oh the hilarity. I'm sure Dieter would see the humor.
Yes...that is true, but Horner still keeps saying they'll be treated evenly....even now. I don't really believe any of them say quite frankly. MW should be favoured...that is for sure. there are only 5 races left and he's been the most consistent driver of the year (obviously going by the points, but also number of wins). the last thing the team needs, one would think, is to have him and vettel fighting for points. Doesn't that make sense? I could be completely wrong
Of course he says that. Why anger Vettle with 5 races left ? And who knows a few dnfs by webbo and some nice finishes by Vettle would change everything. But as of right now the odds, as per the topic, are with Webber. As far as Red Bull. I think Hammi will repeat.
MW should be favoured...that is for sure. And "that" should be a lesson to those that said Mark was too old for F1. He may still retire but I doudt it.
Mark Webber is my favourite to win this year. Nice to see an Australian being contender for the tittle again, many years after Brabham and Jones.
It's good to see someone different. I think Webber's gonna take it. Unless, by luck, Fred snatches it!
