For those who are tracking the Aperta market or the lucky who recently bought or sold, what is the market today and the trend. I'm looking at getting serious about buying one soon, but any guidance or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

The market is very strong in Europe. I've seen some cars selling for double the sticker price. Remember it's the last NA V8 in Ferrari and a limited production model. Plus, it's an amazing car to drive!

cars like this, will always be on the market, its just what you are willing to pay. The aperta is on my list as well and when I go to buy it I am not going to hassle over the price. It will be one of the few cars in my life that i will never sell.

    Algar car is poverty specification.

UK RHD is tightest market out there, £600/650 MAY get you an RHD.

$300k or $400k over sticker (around $400k) would be closer to $700k or $800k. Cavallino continues to value these between 1.1 and 1.3 million dollars, so it would still be a bargain at $800k. V8's moving forward will no doubt be tt or hybrid, this is the last of a great era of NA V8 ferraris in a limited convertible edition. Just my 2 cents.

For a UK RHD buyer now (I understand there's a Far East RHD landing in the UK shortly which will be slightly weaker), 650K GBP is accurate. Strong money given it gets dark at 4pm, it's damp and cold. Next Spring? See it climb.

Who in their right mind would sell theirs? I still have not seen one. What do you think the msrp on it was? What color?

I was offered a new Aperta at $575k several months ago.
Was offered a 675LT and a 675LT Spider recently, both at MSRP.
488's, curious if premium after the initial 3 months or MSRP as well (in the "used" marketplace").
What I really want is the F12TDF. But very, very hard to get.

I doubt these will be coming down to earth any time soon barring any outside forces. The last limited production, naturally aspirated V8.

I was recently offered $400K over which was nice to hear; Though, not sure how serious it really was as I did not pursue. I don't plan to ever sell. The car is beautiful, unique, limited, and runs so well. I look at it like a collectible piece of artwork that can actually be used...

Which do you believe will be worth more, in say 3 years, the Speciale A or the F12 TDF?

458 SA and F12TDF suppose to be the last NA so they will appreciate their value according to their demand, The 458 SA are produce in smaller quantity than F12TTD but both considered limited by number of production. IMO.... 458 SA will be greater increase in value due to the less number of quantity produced than F12TDF, but this is only my personal opinion the fact can be the other way.
