Many of the 1/18 MS F1s that I want are in their post-race condition. I really enjoyed putting the Marlboro livery on my 1/18 F399, and I think it looks much better as a result. What I'm wondering is if anyone has attempted adding the Marlboro decals to a 1/18 F1 car in post-race trim? If so, do you have any pointers to avoid screwing up an otherwise nice-looking car?

    Thanks-

    Aaron

Aye... I have some 1/18s from Mattel that are already "dirty", and I'd like to add the Marlboro decals, but I don't want clean and shiny decals over the dirty car.

Did you do the race "weathering" yourself?

Nope, I'm hopeless at building / modifying models.

These were done by a company in Germany who has stopped doing it now "thanks" to pressure from both Hotwheels and Marlboro.
