Closing on a home on March 1 2011.

I want to get as much leg work done as possible before the closing.

Need to do a complete gut kitchen, break down a wall for an extended garage, and sheetrock the entire ceiling of the pace getting rid of the drop panels that there now.

Also want to create some nice cement flooring with radiant heating thru-out.

Any good contractors or building companies you can refer?
