Close. It's actually Mardi Gras. It's best to operate without a net during that time. Just hit Bourbon Street and go with the flow. You'll have an unbelieveable time! As far as balconies, some places sell tickets to them at the door, but don't expect them to be cheap at all!!!!!! Dave
i was there for halloween this year, just walk around bourbon and have a blast. i liked the hustler strip club that was fun, DO NOT GO INTO BIG DADDY'S. take my word. If you cant have fun in NOLA you suck.
