The “Maserati Classiche” series brings together the passion for classic cars with its commitment to preserve and fully enjoy the four-wheeled "jewels" designed by Maserati.
The volume dedicated to the 3200 GT-Coupé comes in an elegant and practical case, and reproduces historic Parts Catalogues both on hard and digital copy, for faster and easier consultation of this model no longer in production.
The case is enriched with a precious collectable model, scale 1:43.
This Classic Book Kit is the only authorized reproduction available from Maserati.

    Volume contents in detail:

    • 3200 GT-3200 GT assetto corsa CD ROM
    • Coupé-MY’03-04-05-06 CD ROM
    • GranSport MY’05-06 CD ROM
    • GranSport MC Victory CD ROM
    • 3200 GT-3200 GT assetto corsa parts catalogue
    • Coupé- MY’06 parts catalogue
    • GranSport MY’06 parts catalogue
    • GranSport MC Victory parts catalogue
    • Collectable model 1/43: Maserati Coupé cambiocorsa 2002

Each kit has a retail price of $463.00

That Maserati startet their "Classiche" program with the 3200GT and 4200GT/S is so stupid I couldn`t believe first!!!

Instead of starting with the 3500GT and/or Ghibli they started a program for the classic cars with the "new" models!

But we are in Italy and there the clocks are running differently......

    Ciao!

I checked on the Maserati Website and they are offering some of the older models, such as the Ghibli, Mistral and Khamsin now. I don't know if they are available in the USA yet but I went to my dealer to see about the Mistral Classiche kit for my car. I hope that I can secure it soon. I'd also like on for my Bora if they ever get around to that model.

They have now added the Biturbo, Khamsin, Ghibli, Mistral and 3500GT.

I would be interested in the 3500GT and Ghibli, and perhaps the Mistral but would sure like to know if these add any significant contents to what I already have.

Does anyone have one of these kits? Are they good or mainly reprints of period manuals? Is the information accurate?

The presentation looks nice but accuracy is also important to me. The factory website has significant mistakes; for example the Ghibli bodywork is attributed to Vignale while we all know it was Ghia. Also the Ghibli is described as a 2+2. The writer obviously has never tried to sit in a Ghibli back cushion!

I hope the books are as good as they look. It all depends if the people that wrote these documents really researched the cars or simply copied what others (sometimes incorrectly) wrote.

The Khamsin model seemed like a pretty good value to me because it purportedly contains a full owners manual. So if it's 100% identical that's pretty good.

The Ghibli II one appears to just be an overpriced rehash of a lot of materials which are currently available for free in PDF format or as original versions for a reasonable price.

I believe the models involved are the same ones they issued a few years ago as a part of a big promotional campaign with another sponsor. That kit represented quite a bit of their production models. The ones in these kits look to be left overs from that.

I have just received the Ghibli and the 3500 Maserati Classiche items. The books are very high quality reproductions. For example the Ghibli use and Maintaince manual is an exact reproduction of the original. I have an original manual but it is in average condition. Since a decent manual on Ebay is as much or more than the Classiche package this alone was worth the purchase in my opinion. The parts book supplied does not include the Ghibli Spyder suppliment. I have an original so I know it exist. I does include the Ghibli America suppliment. The wiring diagrams are much larger than the originals but still very difficult to read. The only new information I saw in the package was the Omologato documents. I had not seen these before. BTW I did not receive any of the Omologato documents for the 3500. Even though they are shown in the ads. I have emailed the factory twice but have not received a reply.
For the 3500 there is a package of use and Maintenance that includes 5 different publications.
All in all very well done and worth the money if you need the manuals and parts books.
Ivan I am sure you have all the information except maybe the Omologato documents
