Sell it to Chrysler. The Maserati name doesn't belong on that car.

 

Words can't describe the ugliness of this car. The hood reminds me of '55 Pontiac and the windshield of many US cars from the late 50's. Speaking of Pontiacs, if Maserati were to build their version of the Aztek, this would be it. But where's the tent?

Absolutely horrifying. It's a Chrysler Crossfire crossed with a hunchback.

 

A name proposal: The Maserati "Duce." It is crass, ugly, and arrogant.

 

Quasimoto in spandex on rollerblades would look better.

 

This is a car Maserati really doesn't need...

A small, light and sporty new model - a Merak for the 2010s - would be a great idea though.

It must have cost a few dollars to manufacture. Obviously someones likes the design. How do get the money to do something like this as I have seen many other concepts which (to me anyway) have more talent.

Luckily it's only a 3D render!
They didn't even make the effort to use a different 3d environment as one of the standard environments that come with the rendering program. I suspect it's Bunkspeed's Hypershot.

Not a particularly good job on the render.
